Terms of Service

I reserve all rights to the image (not to the character(s) in the picture). The commissioner cannot claim that they made the artwork, but the character will fully belongs to them and I will always credit them.

My special boys are a closed species but when you commission me, you are essentially adopting one.

The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.

You may NOT use or alter any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: selling prints of my artwork, using my artwork on any merchandise you’re selling, using my artwork as a business logo, etc.

Minor changes, such as cropping or adding text, are allowed.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Commissioning me implies that you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.

Digital Commissions

I WILL DRAW:

• OCs only!
• Humans/humanoid characters with animal features (animal ears, horns etc.)

 I WILL NOT DRAW:

• Anything offensive/hateful (sexism, racism, etc.)
• Anthro/furry/ponies (except playable WoW races -worgen, tauren, pandaren-, they’re okay since I’m more familiar with them!)
• Weird fetishes
• NSFW

PAYMENT

• I only accept PayPal.
• Payment is required upfront. I will not start your commission until payment is cleared.
• Prices are in USD.

ART COMPLETION

• Approximate turn around time is usually 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission. If your commission has a special deadline (it needs to be done sooner than a “regular” commission) I will require extra fees.
• If you need to cancel your commission for any reason you will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of your commission has been completed.
• If I have to cancel your commission you will receive a full refund.

REVISIONS

• I will show you the sketch/lineart version of your commission for your approval/changes before moving on to the next stage. Once you approve the sketch/lineart version, I will not make any more revisions on them.
• If you purchased a sketch, I will show you a rough sketch first.
• Major changes will require additional fees.
• Finished artwork will NOT be revised.

COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• REFERENCES: 1., Visual references of your character(s): your own/previously commissioned artwork, screenshots, Armory links, photos; 2. Your character’s preferred expression/pose/scene in the commissioned artwork. Please be clear about what you would like from the start.
• Your Tumblr/deviantART/Twitter username: I need it so I can credit you as the commissioner.

POSTING MY ART ONLINE

• The commissioned artwork will be uploaded to my gallery.
• I have the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote my commission announcements and myself as an artist.
• You, as the commissioner, have the right to repost the commissioned artwork to your gallery/blog as long as I am credited.
• You can use the commissioned artwork as reference for future commissions.

STREAMING

• I will occasionally stream commissions. If you don’t want your commissioned artwork to be streamed, please let me know at the very beginning.
• Please take into consideration that time zone differences (my zone is PST) may not allow me to stream at a convenient time for you.

COMMISSION PROCESS 

• If you’re interested in commissioning me, please fill out one of my commission forms!
• I will start working on your commission after receiving payment.
• All information (names, e-mail addresses, amount paid etc.) are handled in a confidential and private manner. 
• Upon completion you will receive a high-res image. The finished artwork will also be posted to my gallery.
